My Family: End of Summer

I'm pretty sure we had a good summer.  To be honest, most of it flew by quickly, and we hid from the rest of it.  Oppressive Texas heat, amiright?!  These photos may make it look like we spent all of our time playing outside and cuddling in the girls' crib, but I assure you, Charlotte's biggest accomplishment this summer was memorizing most of the dialog in both Shrek and Shrek 2.  Listen, it happens.

I've been working on shooting more film, and I just got scans back from a few 35mm rolls.  I have a gob-ton to learn, but I am so encouraged by the sweetness of these images.  I think there is some hope for a good relationship between film and me after all!
