I went back into the classroom briefly last school year--I say briefly because a) it was a one-year job and b) I got off at lunch every day.  Pro-tip:  part-time jobs are the BEST.

There were a million reasons it was a blessing to have the job for the time I did, not the least of which are the students I got to teach.  That's how I met Kourtney--she actually "got" to have me for two out of her four morning classes, bless her.  She's a bit of a sass (me too) and has a great sense of humor (um me too obviously) and is secretly a really hard worker, so she grew on my heart pretty quickly.  We teamed up to take her senior photos a few days ago, and I personally think she hit it out of the park.
