Watson Family: Milestone and Family Portraits

This sweet family doesn't get too much time with their extended families, due to the nature of their work, so I was THRILLED when they were able to reserve a little bit of their Texas time to take family portraits in honor of their son's first birthday.

I've photographed this gal probably twelve dozen times by now, but wife/motherhood is probably my favorite look on her.  I'm all about photos that show relationship and love, rather than tack-sharp focus and pristine posing--so these three were the perfect little dose of happiness for my morning.  I know they've been the perfect dose of happiness for their families during this fantastic visit as well!
