Sweetie Pies: A Small Town Business

This spring, we thought about selling our house.  SUPER good timing, what with the new baby and all, right?!  Anyhow, it seemed like it could be a good idea financially, but when push came to shove, we just couldn't give up our location.  As a work-from-home momma, having a fantastic downtown area just a half-mile (safe) walk away is hard to beat.

One of our favorite shops is Sweetie Pies.  Karen, the owner/cook/maestro, is BEE-YOND talented, and her friendly face and sweet conversation is like extra sugar on top of her HOMEFREAKINMADE fried pies!  She recently started carrying artisan breads as well, so I went over to get a few shots of her shop and her products.  Charlotte was terribly disappointed to join me, as you can plainly see.
